Hedda Serafini

I started in this industry when I was 17 years old. What I thought was a “summer job” turned into being my passion. Now, about 20 years into my career, I can look back and think about the countless families that I have been able to help achieve their dream of homeownership. I believe that my experience in various facets of this industry from processing loans, to being an Account Executive with a large wholesaler, is what has given me the ability to understand how complex obtaining the RIGHT mortgage can be, and makes my drive to get each and every family I help, get the best mortgage for them.

The philosophy I bring to my work is simple: helping families achieve the American dream one transaction at a time. When you work with me, rest assured I will always give my 100% commitment to making the transaction smooth for all parties involved.

Originally from Chile, my family migrated to the U.S. when I was a young child. My parents brought hope, determination and their drive with them, which they passed on to their children. While my parents encountered various financial struggles throughout my lifetime, they never quit, and instilled in us that anyone with the will and determination can achieve their dreams.

I love working at Gibraltar Mortgage because it allows me to work with Realtors, Builders, Buyers, and Homeowners to make a complete loan transaction come together, with as little stress as possible. I have a husband of 15 plus years and a beautiful son, and daughter that keep me busy! In my free time I enjoy serving at my church, spending time with my beautiful family, and binge watching Netflix! A work/life balance is very important to me, which is why this industry was perfect for me!
