Originally from Brownsville, Texas, Hector is the 10th of 13 siblings and a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Brownsville, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration. Licensed in Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, Health, and HMO, Hector began his insurance career in 2003 with Farmers Insurance as a Bilingual Senior Customer Service Associate. His strong work ethic and leadership skills led to a series of promotions—first to Supervisor, then Foremost Underwriter, and ultimately, to a Farmers Insurance Agent in Kansas City, where he lived for 17 years.
In 2017, Hector returned to Texas to be closer to his family. He continued his work as an insurance agent, specializing in commercial auto, general liability, home, auto, and Medicare insurance. Since 2020, Hector has been proud to be part of The Gibraltar Group, where he brings over two decades of experience and dedication to serving clients.
Outside of work, Hector enjoys fishing, photography, hiking, playing sports, and spending quality time with his large and close-knit family.
